Well is an elemental bow skill bowazon viable? freezing or immolation? 6 shael bow and enigma =mass ias and tele? idea just kinda struck me and im tryin to figure if its viable, it could be an interesting twist on how casters like fireball sorcs operate only with a bow? any thoughts or previous experience would be kickass!

I have no experience with elemental bowazons in PvP but i think u will run out of mana very fast.

The damage is quite low even with +bowskills gear. Manacost goes up fast at high levels of freezing arrow and immolation arrow and aiming is tough so for the mana cost you have to be incredibly effective shooting those arrows. Immolation only needs speed to circumvent being disrupted since it's timered.
Teleportation on an amazon is very slow, so you're better off running. I've been thinking about it for a while now too and I think you may be better off with fire arrow, cold arrow or magic arrow and use the physical to elemental conversion. That means you'll need a high physical damage bow though, in which case you might as well stick with guided arrow.... dilemma dilemma.
At this moment in time I'm still blocked concerning a viable pvp bowazon using high level elemental skills.
i think blizzard should have given guided arrow a synergy, like 1% of the elemental damage per point in fire arrow/cold arrow
so u could get like 20% fire and cold damage to ur guided arrow,
could have been nice vs PI´s and in dueling, forcing ppl to use some res vs zons and punishing em when they dont :)

i ahve been thinking about the idea myself for a while now cuz of tired of every1 saying zons r they noobiest duelers even wen im a javazon. so i want to make a diff type of bow dueler and kirsty is right about the mana. at lvl 20 fa uses 18.5 mana and fa uses 21.5 which would drain mana so quickly. u could use cold arrow and fire arrow which do much less dmg but need about 1/3rd the mana. gl and hf playin.
