Ok i've bee wanting to build a hybrid zon for a while with the bow tree as primary(my excitment of getting my first windoforce :clap: ) and secondary in the javelin/spear tree. This is untwinked except for wf,ss and titans(long story)This is what i've come up with so far.

Stat points
str-156 for ss.
dex- enough for max block with ss, i think somewhere around 187 at lvl 85
Vit-rest
Energy-none

skill points
Jav & spear tree
1 jab(always useful)
max lighting fury
1 in all pre-reqs for LF

Bow & Crossbow tree
1 magic arrow
max guided arrow
max multishot

Passive & magic
1 inner sight
1 slow missle
1 decoy
10 valkyrie
a few points in dodge/evade/avoid
5 critical strike
1 penatrate
5 pierce

I'm not really sure what i'll do with the leftover points.

Please tell me what you think of this bulid and its viability in hell. Also I would appreciate it if someone told me how well of a boss killer this zon would be.

Don't have either Charged Strike or Strafe so not sure how fast of a boss killer it would be.

Hm.. maybe i should get strafe. Maybe trash the valk? But then I would be missing out on a great tank...

Please tell me what you think of this bulid and its viability in hell. Also I would appreciate it if someone told me how well of a boss killer this zon would be.You only have GA as a boss killer and a weak Valkyrie so you'll need a good tank. What merc will you be using? I suggest you party up to get some tanks as you won't be killing many bosses yourself...

Your Dexterity is very low and with only 1 in penetrate multishot will miss a lot although you do have a lot chances at close range. And since bow damage is boosted by dexterity the damage when you do hit is low and that could lead to mana problems. Many Bowazons have a dexterity of 300+ in Hell so your Windforce will only be used at half effect but that may be enough if LF is your main killing skill - but that is the opposite of what you want.

The build could work Ok in a party but will have problems in Hell on its own.

You don't need 156 Strength. Since you're using titan's revenge -- right? -- you can leave it at 136.

Vitality should be somewhere around 100->150. more isn't really necessary, especially not if you're going with the bowazon-route, in which case you'll want to stay as far away from your enemy as possible. With WFs knockback, you'll end up pushing them backwards anyhow, so you Shouldn't get hit that often. Put more into DEX, since as someone already said, DEX is the damage-booster in any bowazon-build. This will also increase your AR.

max multi shot is a waste IMHO. I always laugh when I see an amazon at a baal-run with max MS, shooting more walls than anything else. 10 should be plenty. Also, you might not want to max guided arrow if you're not going to do a lot of PvP. Sure, it's a good skill, but the advantage of a high skill level isn't that big. You only gain 5% extra damage/slvl. Instead, you could use strafe. !OR! you could max Charged strike, which makes a great boss-killer, especially when you combine it with another synergy (such as LF ;))

You might also want to invest 3 points to get freezing arrow, for tactical reasons (works great with pierce to freeze baal's minions for an example)

ok after reading you guys replies this is what i have changed so far.
Stats
str-136
dex-rest
vit-around 125
nrgy-none

all points that i dont metion stay the same.
10 multi shot
15 strafe
15 guided

points after that go into strafe first then guided and last valk.
If this isn't the right idea of what you guys have been saying please correct me.

I suggest u put a -15 req/stats jewel in storm.
I would also go for higher dex ~300 like it was mentioned above.1 dex = 1% ed so its worth it.
Also think 1 pt in Valk is enough, try maxing CS instead.
