Valkyrie damage ??

Hi Guys

I have read many ama guides, and most recommend that you have a Valkyrie at least lvl 17, because she get a rare Warpike. And when she is lvl 20 she gets 475 % ekstra damage, but how much damage are we taling about ?

Does anybody know how much damage a lvl 20 Valkyrie actually can deliver ?

I dunno exactly how much damage she does (it is a % of the weapon she spawns with which is random), but my lvl 28 Valkyrie (max + skillers) can kill those Frenzy minotaurs in Hell all on her lonesome. It can take time but she has done it. She even once killed one of Lister's minions by herself while I was occupied with the rest (I use a Tankazon so no strafe or multi to help the poor valk out), and that did take a while. Hmmm ok maybe she had some help from my merc's bonespear, yeh she probably did but he was occupied with me and the pack, so I guess that still counts as her solo kill.

I guess you can find that out by letting her kill monsters in Bloodmoor, hell. The average Zombie has 8000 HP IIRC...so just see how many hits she takes to kill him. Remember that she benefits from your points in CS as well..so everytime that little sparkle blinks on the monster, she hits for double damage.

It is actually fun how many different animations get triggered when you hit. My zon has DS, CB and OW..so you have a sparkle for CD (DS) a red blob for CB and blood flying freely for OW. Messy :lol:

Just looked up the damage of War Pike:

33-178 (105.5 average)

Add to this any other mods that spawn on her (random) gear, such as 'cruel'.

I would be interested to know what, if any, skills a Valk uses. If she isn't Impaling she damn well should be at that speed.

Hehe, yeah..that fits the description "OW".

At lv 20, the Valkyrie also has a damage bonus of 475% - That makes an average damage of around 500. But since the weapons she spawns with are rare, the damage will always be a bit higher. Add Might aura and DS to this figures and it starts looking a bit better...

That still is not a lot given her attack speed...but if she would be jabbing or fending, your zon could most of the time just lay back and watch :lol:

well, I took my lvl 26 valk out, and went into a pvp game. I try to let a pally test damage. Killed him in 1 hit every time......(Took forever to hit him though, she attacked like 40 or so times before she hit him). So, nice damage. :D

I just did a Merc duel with a friend and then let him try and hit my lv 43 Maul-zon with his lv 18 PKK javazon. I never laughed so hard.

First of all a lv 18 has a hard time hiiting a character 25 levels +. Then my Maul_zon had 12 points in Dodge and 20%DR plus 28 DR and 24 MDR. After atime it looked like we were dancing together. He did like 5 pts worth of damage in the end. I should have whipped my Valk out to test her on his merc. Man..we had a great time :lol:
