Superior class runeword repair costs

I was wondering if anyone knew whether runewords in superior grade items cost more to repair than normal? I have a smoke runeword in a superior dusk shroud that incurs pretty hefty maintenance costs -- is that from the increased durability of superiors or some other variable?

it's kind of like etheral, but for price instead of damage. i think superior raises the base cost of a weapon by 50%, even if it's a crappy +1 to ar or a +15% ed.

Every once in a while i incur a 20k repair from my "Delirium" Superior (15% enhanced damage-15% Increased Durability) Diadem. Its annoying but easy to pay for, some people incur repairs in the millions every time they PvP. In that case I would use the rune/cube method to repair an item.

I would guess its 10 times more for superior items. My "Doom" war spike costs around 25 000 for a full repair. My 13% superior "Hand of Justice" war spike costs around 250 000 for a full repair. :grrr:

my superior archon enigma costs 20,000 plus per durability point!

I use the repair recipe to fix this one when it gets low.

Normal Berzerker Axe "Beast". 185k repair. 26 durability (uses up veeery fast), and you first two guys are complaining about 20k?! I would looove to pay so little. Heh

i think runes add their value to the base cost of the item as well. doom and hoj use 3 high runes. if an item is like 30 durability and goes down to 0, it's like you are paying for 30 durability on a sur, cham and lo.

that's why i'm only going for botd.
