actually the new shield can be ok and the armor is quite nice too i like the ow ed and mass res.

For melee druids it can be the synergy for cyclone armor without investing points (switch weapon or something) :)

Other than that, kinda worthless when it needs sur.

If it didn't require Sur itd be nice to lvl up with until you could use something better..or maybe to dual wield on a really really poor barb cause of the r/w and fhr..but with ed that low, is a total waste of the rune, lol.

Ya I thought about that, and then I thought about the cost of cta compared to the cost of wind and I think cta beats it.

Well you can swap multiple times :) but it gets annoying and the benefit isn't that great (cyclone armor still somewhat sucks after only 91% boost)

Ya, I need a third weapon switch for my wwsin. Actualy four now that I think about it. Weapons/Cta/Shadowclaws/Demonlimb. Think of the stashing possiblities.
