This may sound wierd, but. I was thinking of making an assasin recently, and i was wondering what build if any requires/allows the use of a ccb.

Ahh, gotcha.
I haven't really experimented with Assassins and using weapons other than claw class, but I would assume you would be best suited using a good amount of Burst of Speed (for attack rating and attack speed) and a charge up skill (to add attack rating).
I suppose your best bet would be an elemental type Assassin (the build that uses charge ups almost exclusively).
20 Fists of Fire
20 Claws of Thunder
20 Phoenix Strike
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I am pretty sure that charge ups still work without claws equipped, even though some of them are named after claw weapons (Claws of Thunder, Blades of Ice, etc).
Combine that base build with a Shadow Master to tank for you, some crowd control like Mind Blast and Cloak of Shadows, and you should be able to at least hold your own. :)
some charge ups work without claws, most don't, not sure which. a ccb assasin is an intresting idea but y a ccb of all the 2 handers avaliable?

a ccb, becouse i wanted a large sword with high dmg, and it seamed to be the cheapest i could think of.

The 3 elemental charge-ups won't work without claws. (just read the info that's placed with the skills:D).
Back to ontopic.
There was a "guide" about a sin using a big 2handed sword once here. It was called the samurai (go figure). They used TS for the big dmg increase , and they had to use MB , CoS and SM alot in order not to get killed.
The downside of using such a weapon is no mastery. So you do need some source of %ar (enchant charges from demon limb?) and some nice +AR in order to make this work. And you need some form of elemental attack in order to kill PI's.
