PvP Sniper? what class?

ive collected the gear to make a sniper character that uses the widowmaker bow for guided, and enough run walk to fly around the screen. My question is what character and build is best suited for being a sniper? heres a few ive pondered, lemme know which would be most effective, and if ive missed any lemme know :p

holy freeze pally
Holy Shock pally
venom and BOS assassin
fanaticism pally
bone armored necro?(prob pretty lame)
enchantress sorc

Don't forget for enchantress you only get 1/3rd of the fire damage when using a ranged attack.

I like the BoS/Venom since most zons try to get mass pd anyway, you'll have it but over .4 seconds it'll be great.

I used to duel with a lvl 18 assassin that used that kuko bow(shoots exploding or fire arrows or something) that used BoS she killed all!

but it doesnt get the effect of firemastery twice :o

I've seen one good bow pally, he used some bow and Blessed Aim, dunno about damage, i guess he did alot, maybe because he always hit..

Ravens Claw, kuko was the only name I could think of that fired fire or explosive. But still very fun.

i think the assn would b funny or the fanta pally. for the assn u could get a bramble and trangs gloves to get a big bonus to poison dmg.

Someone knows there enchantress. :clap: As for my opinion, I go enchantress all the way.

It's not 1/3. Your fire mastery just doesn't enhance it twice.

Venom is only good when you can hit many times quickly to keep the damage going. The occasional arrow hitting isn't really enough.

Personally I like fball sorc as sniper ^_^ although it's more of a machine gun thing.

Guided isn't really 'sniper' in my opinion because snipers are mainly called that because of their aim. You don't have to aim guided much. :)

Marksman=aim
Sniper=stealth/dont get seen, or in this case, hit.

Snipers are more kill from a long range and dont get messy in my book ;)

I'd vote for the assassin.

i'm thinkin sorc with TS. just for the stun part of it though. Imagine an 8fps teleing sorc with a 9fps guided arrow. These characters are insanely fun for PvP. I had one but had to rely on my aim because all I had was kuko :-/
