merc for my windy

I am making a wind druid and I was wondering what merc was best for him?

a holy freeze merc from nm act 2 is pretty good. but if you dont think you need the extra slow then you could use a barbarian from act 5... the barb along with your grizzly make a good team.

Ice mercs can be bought in act3. They basically just shoot glacial spike or ice blast or something icy. Holy freeze is an aura that nm act2 defensive mercs have. All aura mercs are in act2 sadly. I would like a barb merc but auras are too damn useful.

Or if you have the funds, get an Act 2 merc with the defiance aura and give him a "Doom" runeword great poleaxe or some other comparable polearm. A little extra def. + holy freeze never hurt anybody :thumbsup:

I thought I'd come on in to see what kind of answers were posted here. I just started my Windy and was curious about the Merc thing too. Thanks for the tips, I was swaying towards the act 5 baba and this sets it!
