Yes, they can. But just a couple.
There are a couple of uniques that always are ethereal and indestructibles

An item with the of ages suffix can not spwan ethereal, that's disabled. And selfrepair is not indestructible.

Note that there are some uniques that always spawn ethereal indestructibe (eg Ethereal Edge)

Won't work, the etherealness gets removed then.

Some unique items (Shadowkiller, Ghostflame, etc) are always Indestructible and Ethereal.
