As topic states, and does stacking PLR help?

Let's say you got 1000 poison damage over 10 secs. That is 100 pd/sec

- If you attack a monster with 75% Poison resist your damage would be:
25 pd/sec over 10 secs = 250 pd (Total damage)

- If you attack a monster with 75% Poison lenght reduction your damage would be:
100 pd/sec over 2.5 secs = 250 pd (Total damage)

- If you attack a monster with 75% Poison resist and 75% Poison lenght reduction your damage would be:
25 pd/sec over 2.5 secs = 62.5 pd (Total damage)

As you can see, your total poison damage would be something like this:
TotalPD = PD * ((1-PR)*(1-PLR))

PD: Poison damage. In this example 1000.
PR: Poison resist. (decimal)
PLR: Poison lenght reduction (decimal)

does it PLR stack? and is it reduced in hell?

also in the case of pvp, is it reduced by 1/4th right?

Yes, it stacks. But a 75% PLR and a 25% PLR don't make 100% PLR. They reduce remaining time. First would reduce 75% of total lenght. Second would reduce 25% of the remaining 25% of total lenght.
In hell it's reduced only for monsters. Players suffer all poison lenght in PvM.

I don't know if poison lenght is reduced in PvP, but I think no. In PvP, damage is reduced, but I think lenght isn't.

IIRC Poison resistance also cuts the duration by that % as well

So essentially for 75% pdmg reduction and 75% poison dmg reduction as seen above would be correct for simply 75% poison resistance. 62.5 pd over 2.5 seconds

with both stacked your looking at 15 psn damage over less than a second.
