Can NM Pindle, Shenk & Eldritch drop HOZ, Nord's, Guardian Angel & Heaven's Light?

Hello all!
I'm new to MFing. My lvl77 frost zealot isn't strong enough to do the Pits in Hell yet. He lacks great gear, so since he can only easily do Pindle, Eldrich and Shenk, I was wondering if they can drop the items I'm looking desperately for: Nord's, Guardian Angel, Heaven's Light, Crushflange, Guillaume's Face, HOZ, Steelrend, Gore Riders and Thundergod's. Also runes up to what level can these guys drop? Your help is much appreciated!

Steelrend is TC87, in Hell they only drop up to TC84. Thus, they can't drop it at all.

I know that RTB, I was trying to say that the steelrends can only be found in hell, not in NM.

Pindleskin in Hell can drop Steelrend as Pindleskin can also drop from TC 87. Pindleskin(H) is mlvl 86 and therefore there are only three items he can't drop: Tyrael's Might, Arachnid Mesh and Azurewrath (these items are qlvl 87).

Hell Eldritch and Shenk themselves aren't able to drop from TC87 but boss monsters/minions in the same areas will be able to drop TC87 items.

The chance to get a Steelrend during a Hell Eldritch/Shenk run is there but the chance is much less compared to other places you could run.
