I will be running Hell Meph for the first 5 entrants who can answer a simple question:




What is unique about a banana?

They are bent but when you peel off the skin and lay it down on the ground the skin isn't bent but straight. Now how unique is that :lol:

And maybe that it is the only fruit with the same color as the unique weapons in D2 :idea:

Bananas are unique because they are a tree-borne fruit, but they have no shell. All other tree-born fruits (canteloupes, coconuts, etc) have a hard outer shell to prevent them from being damaged on their inevitable fall to earth.

Dunno if it's what you were looking for, but hopefully it's enough to get me some items :D

They don't grow on trees and they start off green before going yellow and a cousin of my mum's worked as a tour guide in Israel and one day he was giving a tour of a banana plantation and one of the tourists said "what's that building over there" and he didn't know so he said "that's where they bend the bananas - bananas grow straight but the market demands bendy ones so we have to bend them" as a joke but the tourist took him seriously so the next day he was giving the same people a tour of an orange grove and he said "and there's the building where they put the pips (pits) in the oranges" and the tourist said "so you WERE kidding about the bananas" and that's all I know about bananas in one sentence.

The plant that the actual fruit grows on is not a tree. It is a herb actually. It just looks like a tree.

EDIT: Kremtok is correct, the banada fruit itself has no seeds.

Okay, some of you have hinted at it and almost got it…so the useless fact of the day competition is over.

There is a debate as to the nature of a banana. Some say it is a fruit, some say it is a herb.

The most common belief is that it is a fruit which grows on a herb, which is basically unheard of.

Personally I believe it’s a herb :P

You can smoke anything. My friend and I smoked the wax wrapper that came on our donuts once. It tasted like ***, but it's possible.
