Are lvl 30's allowed to Do all nightmare quests?

Are Shaman(druids)

If you follow lld101 rules, you cannot take any character past normal baal. You cannot kill normal baal and become a slayer and have access to NM games. The only exception is for lvl 9 characters, but that is vlld and a whole different story completely.

Shaman...it's been a while...those are summoner/ele hybrid druids right? If so, then yes they are allowed, and their level req is 30.
