Try drognan in a2 normal, u should definitely able to buy a white spiked shield not sure about bone helms check it out though.

You can, but only at low Ilvls.

K-Lined: Bring a Clvl 5 mule to act3, I think you can see superior Bone Helms then.
Superior Spiked Shields can be bought from Drognan.

Ya, you can for sure, just create a new character and shop anya, it won't take long to see superiour wands of some sort, some with sockets, some without, drognan can also sell them, but once you hit act 3 they're much, much more rare, as most stuff in the shop is magical.
