This might have already been answered a long time ago, or I'm blind and cant see a thread on it, but cant Pindle (Hell) drop? If someone could take the time to list all the items he cant drop. I've heard he cant drop arach for example, but then I went to a site called Diablo2.ingame.de It has a mf calculator and everything, and says he can drop arach...even Tyreals...so please take the time to fill out what he cant drop only if your 100% sure. Thanks alot :thumbsup:

He cant drop Arachnid, Tyraels, Azurewrath (these items are Ilvl 87, and therefore a monster has to be Mlvl 87 -Pindle is only 86)

Meph however can drop both Arachnid and Azure, since their TC are lower than 78, and hes Mlvl87

Tyraels can only be dropped in Area lvl 84+85 and Baal

Only to complete this information. Pindel can´t drop anything from highest TC (87).

He dropped a white sacred armor for me just minutes ago.. So he can drop from TC 87.

He can't drop anything with a lower quality than magical so that's not true.

if you think about it he cant drop white items, only magic rare unique or rune so must of been a minion

Yes he can, the only 3 items he cant drop are those i mentioned before because of their high Ilvl..

Too me Pindle is a really bad dropper. So many countless runs on him and the best thing out of him was Tals armor and ammy, thats it. I mean it when I say countless. I run him because he dies fast and drops decent uniques for new characters when I start them.

I’ve killed him enough times to find my first Tal’s amour. I’m against exchange of items between characters (it only IMHO), so I was very sad when he dropped my IK, Nat’s, Aldur’s, Griswold's, Sazabi's and Naj's armors (not counting other items), I even thought he was going to drop me all set armors before Tal’s. ;-) However after about 2500th run he eventually dropped me it!

So I must say Pind CAN drop TC87 items (like IK armor). I saw it myself.

Ou! I forget Jah rune! He dropped me it! My precious! I’ve never find such high rune before! (previous highest was Vex).

I think maybe this should be looked into.. I got arachnids and templars (unique sacred armour) from pindle and it was not his minions.. it was pindle himself who dropped them.

This has been looked into.. so many times now, and yes Pindle can drop Templars because its only Ilvl 82, but not Arachnids (Ilvl 87)..

a friend who wasnt online for almost 1 year, uses my old non ladder sc account.
He also found templars at pindle. But its the other armor (tyreals?) that can not be dropped
