Cause of demise: i cant even speak right now, my hands are shaking and im in a state of shock. i was iron maidened by unraveler? what is that nonsense, ive been playing for sometime now and i was not aware that they could cast this curse. i was doing a solo baal run mfing and this happens so ofcourse i was not looted, i would not be so upset if i was looted. let me give u a rundown of what i was wearing.

this guy was built perfectly, at level 90 he had 4.1k life, was doing 6.3k damage without merc, with merc 8.1k. my merc could solo the ancients and i could roll over anything in the game, the only thing that could kill me is IM but i was always very careful. i always zerked in act 4 and the worldstone and it never got me.

Oblivion Knights can spawn on level 3 of worldstone. If you were down there with unravelers a lone/hidden oblivion knight could have cast iron maiden on you from far away (line of sight) and you probably would not have noticed his presence. IF you were on level 2 of worldstone and this happened then i cannot explain it as oblivion knights do not spawn there.

i was in the throne and i had cleared the room, it was cast by the second wave of guys that baal spawns.

Oblivion knights can also spawn in the "throne of destruction" but i believe baal destroys all minions/bodies in the main throne room upon summoning his next wave of minions. An oblivion knight may have snuck out from an adjacent room and cursed you.

The Unrallvers can resurect any undead (including OKnights) and Baal only destroys corpses in the (roughly) 50% of the [actual] throne closest to him...

I have never seen unravelers (and other similar types) resurrect the vampire (ghoul lord, etc.) monsters or oblivion knights.

yesterday i saw unravellers reviving oblivion knights, i kept killing the knights but i couldn't figure out why they kept coming back.

Sorry about the loss :( Hardcore sucks with state of battle net as well as some of the people who play.. At least you died from a monster and not a pk or the dreaded lag/desynch monster. Good luck on rebuild.., or you can just play non hardcore and join the real players..ahah kidding!!

I can vouch that Unravs resurect Oblivion Knights, I saw it happen in a Baal game today, and died from the IM as well.

Achmel the Cursed and his buddies can resurect Oblivion Knights, if their bodies haven't been destroyed by Baal. They can also bring Burning Souls back to life. >.<

I guess it's just one more thing that you hardcore players are going to have to watch out for.

died in under an hour, wearing full sigons and using khalims will. i died in the worst possible way....i had my aim open and didnt realize it, someone im's me and my comp is slow as **** so it took like 30 seconds to flip screens back and forth. by the time i got back i was dead. by far THE worst way to die ever. no loot either. hahah, im ****ing done. i have no more low level stuff to use

Lunatic, I would have to disagree with you. I have explored wsk2 many many many times, 1k+, with a barb, pally and sorc, and I have never seen an oblivion knight. The chances of this happening if it were possible for OKs to appear is so ridiculously unlikely, that I think you have yourself confused. OKs can appear on wsk3 and throne, but not on wsk2. However, I think I'll do some clearing out of wsk2 tonight and I'll ask around, just to cover my bases.

No, OKs can NEVER spawn in wsk2. I am 100% sure.

There i have seen many knights many times... i usually kill most at level 1 and just run through level 2 for the Throne. Im a 100000% and more sure, that there are knights there! (about 1 out of 4 times)

You're referring to lvl 3 than, since the stairs to Throne are from WSK3 - there is a big chance of spawning OKs. Not lvl 2. Period :drink:

When you go down into the waypoint, hit the key for your map (default is tab). Read what it says and you'll see "Worldstone Keep Level 2".
