looks decent to me! i personally use Stone for dueling too!
just try and get a 15% DR vens so you can have 50% total and make sure your resists are Maxed! you could always up'grade your boots too! =)

out of curiosity, how did you configure your stat points?

if this is bvb then it should do fine, for pvp though I advise faster run/walk or enigma, this way you can keep up with the other teleporting classes to be able to ww them. Stone is good armor, i used to use eth stones, but had to remake them all the time, so I used eth arky instead. Improvements are probaly some 3//xx//20 charms, if you plan to kill chars other than barbs I recomend enigma. Then of course the obvious points of better verdungos BoTD and steelrend, along with an um in storm instead of p diamonnd. I presume you have sum echoing weapons on switch too.
I would say 8/10 you would have no trouble in pubby bvb as long as you built your char right

Xtc_Sazabi -
For Stats i would have this...
Str: 80(Base)+20(annihilus)+30(botd)+20(arreats)+16(Sto ne)+30(ss)+4(2xStrengthCharms)+15(steelrends)
Dex:180-200(base)+20(Annihilus)+20/40(RF's/depends)
Vit:+400(base)+34(Dungos)
Nrgy:10...

hehe, I just listed the possible improvements, but if you cant afford just got there slowly, your barb is definately good enough to start with (in fact I bet there are a lot of people on this forum that wish they could afford your gear) lol
