I looked through many of the posts here but could not find any tables of frw and hit recovery frame rates. Does anyone know of some links that would provide this information?? any help would be appreciated

Well... one reason is that it's widely known that barbs have amazing fhr and fbr w/o extra from gear. Also on WW barbs (the most popular and most commonly ****ed up build) fhr becomes moot... it's useless becuz ur WWing the **** outta each other. If ur going melee (conc, bash etc.) just run high def (35k+) and u won't have 2 worry about anyone hitting u very often so once again fhr and fbr don't really matter on a high def barb.
The faster hit recovery tables are listed in my guide in the "tables" sections, but fhr/fbr are pointless on conc and whirlwind barbs, since their attacks can't be interrupted anyways.

i wouldn't say that u'll still need them when you are chasing someone or something or running away from.
Well, that's true to an extent, though for pvp, chasing/running is generally done via Enigma nowadays.
