This has been answered repeatedly.

3/xx/xx fine vita charms are typically the best charms you can get, so 39 of them and one annihilus.

Socketing arreat's and stormshield, you should use ed/str jewels, 40/9 being perfect.
With Verdungo and storm you can get max PDR, and you can easily get max resists without Ums.

Skills, max the 4 you mentioned, and pump the leftoevers into ironskin. You won't need more than a point of natural resist, really, and whether you get inc speed is up to you...it doesn't matter as much now that Enigma is around.

The berserker axe is the best 1h weapons in the game, so if you're always going to be 1h (weapon/shield or weapon/weapon, like BotD and Wizardspike), go with it. If you think you'll be switching between 1h and 2h a lot, the CB is nice, in that it alternates, so it's affordable. If you're rich, you could make a second BotD 2h axe for caster battles. I'm starting to just use wizardspike in the off-hand for caster battles, myself.

if ur going for an enigma, make it in a dusk shroud(defense reasons)
maxing iron skin and shout will give ya very good defense, vs other barbs and high attack rating zealots/chargers, u will need it. i advice also having hsarus boots/belt, angelic ring/ammy in stash for when up against high defense/exile using smiters or semi-bvb barbs. try to get nice attack rating this way, otherwise highlords/raven/leech ring/gore riders/verdungo is a decent setup. tho i disagree on the resist part, in hell there will be alot of different chars to duel, specially sorcs and foh palas/trappers, having stacked res will help ya, id advice ya to have maybe 2 diff storms, one with an ed jewel and one with um/perf topaz, and some resist charms, jus in case.

Well, I'm on ladder too. I just try to stock up as many 3max/ar/16~19 sc as possible for my WW PvP barb. Takes some time to get hold of them though. I'm like 2/3rds done.
