Skill points help

Can some one please tell me what is the total amount of skill points you get from completing all the quests from normal to hell.

Keep in mind that if you plan on going to lvl 99, you only end up with 110 skills to use since the first one you get is either at lvl 2, or the den quest, so you wont get 99 +12=111 if you catch my meaning.
