Odd, could you post it's stats please?
I dont know if this is for real but that's what the shield looks like, ressemble a cross between a Rhyme and a Lidless or something of the like.

just tested and no its not working
I was reading the thread concerning it and it seems it only works on realm not in single player.

I will search for these runewords. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO, is provide runes. I accept Anything from Pul-zod, cause the others are easy to get. I would also like them in bulk. Like 10 ist's at a time for example

Post a screenshot of this runeword in the game with a blue time-stamp thing in the top left corner "There are blah blah blah players playing blah games on b.net.....". Only then can we believe this is true and not a hoax.

Try it yourself, Eth + Lum works. I made it myself in a large shield for a substitute over that ugly ugly lidless on my ele druid.

So yea... there are probably some other "hidden" or just plain old "left out" runewords out there. Maybe the rumours were true in beta? I dunno... because I heard someone made a runeword with +1 to charge. Highly doubt it tho...

k guys this is real i made one like 3 days ago, good for mf sorc/hammerdins.
I think there can eb alot unknown runewords out on b net. Not on singleplayer though since you could easily check the code for them and then they would have been discovered already. I think there might be some godly helm runeword out there since blizzard didnt release alot of thoose.

I've experimented a little with trying to find some new rune words. So far no luck. :grrr: The odds of getting the right runes, in the right order, in the right item, in the right quantity is up there with finding 2 zods in one day. Maybe there will be a few more break throughs now that more people are hopefuly looking.

http://www.d2lod.dk/dailyrush/files/runew.html there is the list of runewords that someone thought might be runewords, even the runewords the survivred to the 1.1 patch the runes are dif, but the shield runeword was in the list and so was the new armour one jsut found.

k from wut i'm hearing some are 10%ed some are 20%ed.
Personaly think this is the best runeword for a merc's armour next to COH.

It kinda sucks that these are all Battle.net-only Rune Words, since they don't work in SP (after what I've heard). A new patch with just a lot of Rune Words would've been nice. I wouldn't even whine about them not fixing bugs etc.

no, but on battle.net forums they been testing it like mad, theyve got that, plus one more that has nice enhanced defense, resists and repair durability, for some rather low runes, look in the community forum

i will put my word on it. it works, its better then stone now, since of the 50%ed of ethereal stuff this would put stone to shame.
whats the max enhanced defense that prudence runeword can have? this will probably top stone for melee duelers, no doubt.

The newest confirmed runeword is Prudence: Mal - Tir. It works in two socket armor. The stats are:
+25% Faster Hit Recovery
+(142-161)% Enhanced defense (varies; range not confirmed yet)
All Resistances +(29-30) (varies; range not confirmed yet)
Damage Reduced by 3
Magic Damage reduced by 17
+2 to mana after each kill
+1 to light radius
Repairs 1 durability in 4 seconds
Also recently confirmed is Duress: Shael - Um - Thul. It works in three socket armor. The stats are:
+40% Faster Hit Recovery
+(10-20)% Enhanced Damage (varies; range not confirmed yet)
Adds 37-133 cold damage
15% Chance of Crushing Blow
33% Chance of Open Wounds
+(176-197)% Enhanced Defense (varies; range not confirmed yet)
-20% Slower Stamina Drain
Cold Resist +45%
Lighting Resist +15%
Fire Resist +15%
Poison Resist 15%

And the price is even better than Stone. Shael + Um + Pul + Lum vs. Shael + Um + Thul.
Thul < Pul + Lum, therefore, Duress is a much more affordable, and better armor. I'd put one on my boss killing merc.

And just my luck, I used my last Pul (I'm poor) to make my merc a stone just a few weeks ago... now there's a better runeword armor that doesn't need it! :(

has anybody tried the other runewords that were in the runeword section here yet and not active? like pattern claws, myth and dream helms etc etc. this mystery runeword **** is cool blizzard is the best :p
that list has been around for a while, and chances are that they have been tried, the new ones have been tried before im sure, they just now got activated, they could have activated some other ones as well, or they could wait to activate some so taht it would keep some peole playing thte game.
Nice cow testes...just hope blizzard wont find that pic of you and your map hack
