This a good MF Blizz build?

Hey everyone, I am making a blizzard sorc. When you are done reading please make some comments to make this build a little better.

Equipment The equipment underlined is what i would prefer.

Helm=Shako or Nightwing's Veil
Armor=Tals or Skullders or Blizzard Ormus
Weopon=Oculus(on first switch) and ist'd gull(on 2nd switch)
Shield=SS(on first switch) and 100%mf monarch(on 2nd switch)if ucan afford
Ammy=Tals or maras
Belt=tals or snowclash
Boots=War Travs
Gloves=Chance Guards or Frostburns
Rings=Sojs or nagelrings

I said tals stuff because of the resist, mf, and dont u get a 65% mf bonus of wearing 3 items??

Skills
lvl

2=ice bolt
3=warmth
4-6=keep
7-11=keep
12=ice blast
13-16=keep
17=telekinesis
18=glacial spike
19=teleport
20-23=keep
24=blizzard
25-29=blizzard
30=cold mastery and blizzard
For levels on keep on putting 1 on blizzard and orb per lvl till its maxed, then keep on working on maxing glacial spike first, second ice blast, and then finally ice bolt.

Final skills summary:
Warmth=1
Telekinesis=1
Teleport=1
Blizzard=maxed
Cold Masteries=maxed
Glacial Spike=maxed
Ice Blast=maxed
Ice Bolt=maxed (if possible)

If done all this you should be lvl 91 with doin all skill quests.

Well all together your blizzard should do around 6k damage. :scratch:

You should have A lot of resist considering the Tals Armor and the SS.

Max Ice Bolt before Glacial Spike, for fast boss killing you need Ice Blasts power.

i count 60 fcr total using your preferred items (i would say don't bother with the other items as they don't have mf.) you need another 5% to hit the bp, so i would say instead of frostburns, use a magefists.

regarding rings, i prefer to use defensive rings (dwarf star, ravenfrost, fcr/resist) instead of the minimal mf you can get.

occy is kind of iffy for tp'ing around. i would use wizspike instead. by using wiz and magefists, i get +70 fcr from those two items alone.

without tgods, you won't be able to tp through the worldstone, which is fine if you don't plan on doing baalruns. there is little to no lightning during meph runs.

regarding what order to use raise synergies, i would say go glacial spike. it allows me to tank lister's group easily, along with most chillable bosspacks. i get all my killing power from blizz alone.

Also on switch, u should get a ali baba with 2 ists. :)
