Best place to mf??

Where is the best place to mf in the game? I have heard it is Pindle, Meph, and Andy. Who is the best to find good items?

there is no best place. it differs build to build and person to person. how much time do u want to spend mfing? etc...etc...etc. there is no one place to rule them all.

no doubt you have read enough to know the favorites of a few members here, try those, see if they work for you. but don't go looking for a skeleton key, you wont' find it.

Generally it is Mephisto for a few reasons:

1. He is easy to find. The Durance WP is usually pretty close to level 3, and level 3 is always the same map.

2. He drops well.

3. He is easy as hell to beat because he stands still a lot (FW the crap out of him).

Plus: and while you're at it you could kill a few councill bosses which also drops well.

Also there are there lvl85 areas on Hell Difficulty, which have lvl87 bosses with mobs.

Depends on the item you are looking for. For Soj's, iirc Act1 (Andariel) is the best place. I suggest you download the Atma application (see spf forum), it has a drop calculator per item/monster.

Andy for unique rings. I did hell meph tons, and council members have dropped 2 unique rings in 150 trips or so. Andy, i did 40 runs or so now, and I have found 7 or so unique rings. :yep:
