Is "The Redeemer" a decent weapon for a frost zealot?

I don't think redeemer is suitable on any zealot build without fanaticism, since you would need 200ias to reach 4fps.

I concur with Pravda, The Redeemer isn't very good for a Zealot (esp. without Fana) - it does have ~300 avg. damage but it's slooooooooooooooooooooooow and lacks Crushing Blow/Deadly Strike...

If only playing PvM, then I dont think a frost zealot needs a 4fpa zeal since holy freeze is slowing everything down quite a bit (except a few monsters, but they arent many.)

Yes the Redeemer is an awesome weapon. Just remember that it only has one shot and the time between spawning is huge to say the least. Get a large enough shield and stay a good distance away and you may be able to survive the blast. Don't forget that the Quill Rat can shoot it down, so be careful.

Ever pvp against a deemer build? I use one, I prefer it over BotD... Eth deemer is really good, you say it's 300 dmg average.... also the +dmg plays into affect. 300/120 Is worth ALOT more than a perfect BotD.

Deemer can hit 4 fpa with a good fanat and 60 ias. If you're using a frostie then you should go with a faster weapon, i.e. botd or cruel of quick, etc...

That's my input, and if you wanna duel a really godly deemer build on UsEast NL, whisper *sukmesideways (he does zealot duels mostly)

For PvM a redeemer at 5-frames is as good as anything else doing 240ish average damage at 4-frames. That's going to be hard to do on anything less than an super runeword for a frost zealot.

A HLW ammy and gore riders would help with the CB and DS issues (and a Lo in the mace).

They are a pita to repair. I think mine costs near 60k for a full repair.

I know that. But there are some monsters in the game that arent affected by the slow effect and arent turning blue either, no matter what resists they have. Those Minotaur type monsters in the World Stone levels are one of them, then I think some Ghost type monsters arent slowed either.
