Gimmershred for zealot

anyone tried it?
i know it's throwing weapon but it can be used as melee weapon as well
200ish one hand damage
plus messive elemental damages..
how's this for a poor falks who can't afford BOTD?

I hear that with Paladin gimmer is best for vengance conviction set up instead of zeal. Though it has a short range, it should work with zeal.

Gimmershred owns. I have one on my Zealot as a way to deal with PI. It's also great for Pking people who annoy you, they never see it comming. After all, who expects a Paladin to throw an axe?

I use gimmers on my zealot much the same way cain stated, minus the pking part, trying to pk with my mf zealot wouldnt be pretty :lol:

The only downside is that gimmers are rather slow to zeal with, youll need 56% ias outside the wep to get to 4 frame zeal. Doable, but its something you need to consider.

Grimmers were my nr1 weapon on my zealot in the beginning of 1.10, and everybody was amazed at how good I was (back then, i would suck now ;) ). It's not that good anymore, now that stormlashes and schafers are more common, but it will still be ok for PI's, or if you're kinda poor.

Ethereal Gimmer is one of my zealots weapons that I use, especially for PI.
