where to shop for 2 socket wand?

im looking to make a nice White for a bonemancer and need a 2 socket with some +skills on it.. im not looking for a godly +3 +3 +3 2socket wand.. even a +1 or +2 would be nice.

where is the best place to shop for a 2 socket, +skills wand? and do i gamble it or just look through the 'trade' offereings on the npc? thanks

Drognan in act 2 norm is the best place to shop for 2 socket wands. Join a game and if the entrance is next to him just check his inventory, if nothing interests you then run out of town and back in and check inv again. Keep doing it till you find a 2 socket wand you like or a regular bone wand that has the mods you want and use larsuk to socket it. (bone=2 sockets, yew and others only 1)

If the entrance out of town is not next to drognan simple create another game till you roll a town map that has it next to him... you will save alot of time by using a game with drognan next to the town entrance.

if i find a bone wand and use the laz quest.. laz will put two sockets on it? i thought he could only give 1 .... interesting. a two socket wand with + skills can be shopped in norm huh? would have never guessed

Yeh certain wands are limited to 1 socket others can recieve 2... bone is best... cuz tomb and higher prolly won't spawn in norm merchants... after act 1 and 2 in norm the merchants carry blues (magic) wands.... they can't hold runewords so shopping in act 1 and 2 is best drognan is best cuz he carries more wands in his inventory.

Larzuk will give maximum sockets for an item on his quest....

ok so you can't make rune words out of magic items.. does it matter if the item is 'white' or 'grey' ? and if the bone wand already has one socket, can laz add a second?

yeh you can get +specific skills... like I shopped a +3 bonespear wand originally ....

i have a trade window with laz open.. he's got a +3 bone spear wand and it has one socket.. i need ot know if i can add a second to it ... alt+tab is waiting :lol: :thumbsup:

No, an item that's already socketed cannot have sockets added.
