The synergies. Do not max LR. It is a waste of points. The difference between level 10 and level 20 LR is only 7%. Not a good way to invest points. Ideally you put in only one point and use +skills to bring it up. If you are not rich try to get to 5 or 7.

Additionally, I was 115% hammered when I asked the question, so one could put off my stupidity (or failure to register a search) on the intoxicating effects of booze.
