Fury Wolf Question

I recently got an account from a friend of a friend. Nothing special, there was a fury wolf level 79 and a level 89 baba, a few items. I gave the fury wolf a runemaster with 5 jewels in it. It had 30 ias and about 300 ed (i got it from the account). My wolf is hitting so slow though, i was wondering what way i can fix it? The wolf has level 20 werewolf form, 20 ias from gloves, and the 30 ias on the axe. It has a -10 base speed (ettin axe). I tried a speed calculator for wolf form but i got a little confused.

FINAL EDIT: This is the 3rd :p Ok after even more "calculating" i realized i can get a 5 frame breakpoint with the death cleaver, silver edged axe, and the razor's edge tomahawk. And many more, so i was wondering which weapon i should choose of all, i prefer a one hander cause hes got an ss but. He could be pvp also, 3200 life isnt so bad.

Sorry for double post but wow if i shaeld a tomb reaver id get a 4 frame attack. And good dmg! How much do those cost?

Halfassed builds die fast duelling in HC ok?

Actually your fury combo goes like this:8/5/5/5/5. That means each time you start a fury combo you are at 8 frames.. Good zerkers are at 9 frames and melee Pallas are usually at 4/5 frames.

For a pvp WW build at lvl79 I`d go for a fury/rabies hybrid utilising the Carrion Bug, TO gloves and poison facets (for lowering res after the bite). But not in HC ;)

3200 life sounds very little for HC pvp.. My sc pvp hybrid wolf(rabies/fury) gets his *** handed over a lot of times and he`s got around the same amount. I`m using a shaeled stormlash, and after trying a 3 shael Griz caddy I`ve seen the light at 4 fps but my damage was too low :\

But u have to chose between 4 fps at range 2 or 5 fps at range 3.

As a wolf you get fast FHR at 87%, and with Shaeld Whitstans or Storm your block is decent(but requires alot of dex with storm).

Pure melee duellers will do you in, and without the ability to tele ranged duellers will rip you apart.

Sorta OT, but my lvl 47 ww is doing great(SC) 60 ias 290% naga, ghuilimaes, shaft, whitstans, angelics, bloodfists, gories, string and inv. full of sharps/balance/steel for melee. Should`ve gone with oak though but in SC it doesnt matter too much.

I got the tomb reaver, ima double shael for 100 ias and put an ed jewel. I got a jalals also, which ill use over gaze. My armor is an um'd shaft, im sort of stuck on which armor to get? Or should i stick with shaft+verdungos cause id be usin a two hander. My guy is already level 79 and has: werewolf maxed, lycan maxed, oak maxed, and im finishing fury. Like i said, i didnt build him. I got lotsa sharps and all my vitas in my invenftory, including two 175 large psn charms. Im not sure how a rabies hybrid would work?
