I looked at dragoon's calc and it looks like with 30 extra ias(two jewels) it can hit max frame for fury. I don't know how this stands up to other fury weapons, or maybe if it would serve better for another class/build. If it's viable(pvp) I would greatly enjoy some imput. Thnx in advance.

A CPBQ was one of the most popular and effective weapons back in 1.09 among the CMSQ and CCSQ's of course.

In my opinion its best served for a Fury druid or eventually a zealot using concentration (powerzealot) but since we all love druids why not use it on them ,right? ;)

Yes I used it as well but on a gris caddy.. It kind of annoyed me that it said I needed to use 120 ias to make the fastest I can get with that.

Yeah, it reaches 4 FPA fury, allright. Personally I prefer Etheral Baranar's Star over any CPBoQ. In 1.09 I had both as my primary weapons, and I had way better chances of winning with the E-star.
If you're poor, use it if you want 4 FPA by all means. Else use E-star, or try and get a 1.10 Griswold's. They're fairly cheap.

4 skt gris caddies are expensive ><
not to mention you need to get 3 x ed/ias and Lo. I guess 3 shaels and a 40%ed jewel would suffice.

i am still currently using my cpboq on my fury/rabies druid until i get a good caddy.

gear you up, hrm depens how much. ive run thin, geared up a lot of ppl's chars. however i have 10 druid summon charms :P gear, hrm, i got mid gear for casters. shako, shaft, vipermagi, lidless stuff like that. high ends like hoto, enigma/CoH.. i lack.
