is spending a point into ravens and dire wolves worth it for pvp?

Ravens hit blinds target obviously doesn't work against players, and I doubt that the damage of direwolves opposed to spirit wolves makes a lot of difference, so if you want distractions I would suggest putting a point in raven(a small chance of getting the opponent to block) and a point in spiritwolves(bonespirit, foh). You can also get 5 spiritwolves(if the +skills raise it to at least slvl5) opposed to the 3 dire wolves and since spiritwolves have lower life, lower amount of leaching can occur.

You don't have to put points in summon animals, but sometimes it helps.

If you mean by stunlock as in hit recovery, they will have to be running or the raven attack has to take 1/12th of their health. Since the landwalkers(no teleport) usually have high r/w there is little chance that the ravens can catch up with the opponent.

IMO they distract the opponent in one major way only, getting them to block and disrupting spell casting. I'm probably wrong, but that's what I have concluded.

To add a little, if a Bear shockwaves an opponent and the stun timer appears above their head (gotten throught their blocking) then their fhr will drop to zero. At this point any damage will cause an opponent to go into hit recovery, even the peck of a raven. I'm remeber it happening something like this and this is what appears to happen when I shockwave people and use ravens. Thats the only time I think ravens can in a sense stun lock people.
