View Full Version : Is there a PvM Wind Druid guide?

I found the pvp wind guide, but I'm strictly pvm. I haven't had much experience with druids - hoping for a quick answer to this:

I'm in the mid 40's now and maxed oak first. I am a hardcore player - living is always my priority. I've got one in hurricane and all pre-req's for that. That leaves me a bit over 20 unused skill points.

Question is - what order do I max the skills for optimum results (I plan on maxing c-armor, twister, tornado, hurricane) although I am unsure about the order to do them.

Thanks in advance to the more experienced players amongst you.

Not bad, but i would recommend spending the points to get a grizzly (only 1 pt in). With Plus skills the grizzly makes a much needed tank for a PvM wind druid imo.

Thank you Kyo and EndTheory. That guide was exactly what I was looking for and I hadn't considered using a bear previously. Now you've really got me thinking about it. A few less points in the armor gets me a cute little teddy bear. I also see some advocating the use of solar creeper. Something else I'll have to consider. Anyway, thanks again for pointing this new druid in the right direction.

I would not recommend slighting cyclone armor for the bear since it is a synergy for so many things. I recommend maxing oak sage last based on my exp. I have a lvl 90 wind druid right now.

I have each skill in the wind tree maxed, 1 pt in grizzly column and oak sage nearly maxed. I'm not sure pts in solar creeper would do much for you. If you are having mana problems there are plenty of gear options to fix that.

I think I maxed Tornado > Hurricane > cyclone armor > twister > oak sage. Points in bear when possible.
