hi guys,

i just made a hand of justice Scourge on my zealot pally, I think the ITD rocks!!! I beat another zealot with his godly gears!!! yeah yeah!! =) and i only have 6.8k AR and 13k Def

here is my set up

hand of justice scourg i think it's around 80min - 328max

raven frost +dual leech ring
gore rider
verdungo belt
dracu gloves

his set up
COA 80ed/30ias
eth valor +2 pally
eth botd zerker 396%
angelic ammy and rings,
eth exile 950def 16 def aura
eth treks
verdungo belt
his AR is 28 and def over 30k

out of 5 duels, i won 3, drew 1 and lost 1, actually i was quite surprised....
I am wondering if this is all because of ITD, so I do not need to stack up AR since I will hit him no matter what... or do I still need to stack up AR in order to have higher chance to hit the target?

how does ITD work anyway?
sorry if this is a stupid question, but i am very excited about owning a uber zealot pally... ^_^

I thought the way ITD works hadn't been changed in 1.10, thought I haven't tried it. Basically, ITD didn't work in PvP in 1.09, and it shouldn't work in 1.10 either, it should only work in PvM

Given that, I have no idea about how did you beat that other pala, honestly speaking. Did it seem that you were hitting him all the time? Are you much higher level than he is? Was he standing still, was he running, walking?

ITD used to work in PvP in Classic (until 1.07, that is), but Blizzard changed it when LoD was released, and I don't think it has changed again since then :confused:

Did you use smite at all? Was the guy running around alot? Where you walking around? Did he have low resists?

ITD does not work in 1.10 pvp just like it did not work in 1.09 pvp. This means that the main advantage of your HoJ weapon in PvP is irrelevant.

your sample size is too small in any case--you need to duel a lot more, and a variety of builds. Get them to tell you their defense and fire resist.

Actually ed/ias jewels do more damage than ed/max jewels in armors. Don't believe me? Check the formula.

Thats becuz ED/Max Jewel is bugged and only +Dmg part gets added
