PvP werebear qestion

ive started on him finally (lvl 29 rite now =/) and im starting to have my doubts on how well maulers do in pvp
i only have 1 in each up to shockwave so far and im starting to consider turning him into a grizzageddon but im starting to question thier efficiency as well.. anyone know how well maulers and grizzageddons are doing?

Hi! There are not that many people who use Grizzly for PvP anymore. They're just not that great anymore, because their attack doesn't have ITD in 1.10. Armageddon, however, is alot better than it was in 1.09, so thats a big pro for your build.
Personally, I wouldn't make a druid who used Grizzly as main attack, but coupled with Armageddon and Shockwave, it could work, though it wouln't exacky be a 'cookie-cutter'.

You could try out a Fireclaws guy, if you want a melee build, that is pretty effective, and not that expensive. Pure Maulers generally tend to be pretty expensive, due to their need for legit Max/Life charms. If you're poor, you most likely won't be able to make a really good Mauler.

Maulers require top notch gear, end of story.

Shockgeddon [wouldn't bother with Grizzly] is sort of difficult, but pretty effective. The problems are obviously getting rocks to hit a lot of times, and dealing with attacks that can go through the stun. I'm probably going to try and hybrid mine with Volcano unshifted for certain opponents that like to stay at long range.

Yea im reviving my mauler atm ... if i ever have time to get on .... and it seems to be a pretty pricey build. Hopefully I'll get him finished soon enough though.

I've wanted to build a pvp mauler on ladder for quite a while, but unfortunately I STILL don't have the funds. Sad that I can equip two good pvp necs and yet not be able to make 1 werebear :( :(
