Help me tweak my pvp Bowzon

Hey guys! For a while now I've been playing a sort of self-customized bowzon in a lot of pubby pvp rooms and against friends. She's been doing very well and I started thinking of things I could do to maybe tweak her equipment. First off her skills are, with equipment:

21 guided
19 dodge
19 avoid
19 evade
20 crit I think (its at 69%)
1 in valk (and prereqs of course)
1 Jab

I wasn't ever really sure of her items from the beginning and I don't have an anni but my stats from what I can remember are:

134 str (base)
140 or so vit (with eq)
and 240 ish dex with eq
base energy

She's wearing right now:

16% Dr 15 ias gaze
Cats eye
shael wf
lava gouts
32/11 verdungo's
dual ravens
gore riders
Twitch upped to Trellised (Lol, don't ask, I just love this armor)
Ss/titans on switch
-----------------------
95% ias = 9 fps guided

I was thinking of switch to:
32 str Dual'15 ias jewel'ed Giant Skull
Cats Eye
Shael Wf
20 ias + passive fire res gaunts
dual raven
Gore riders
ss/titans on switch

What Im not sure of is: What armor should I use?
option 1) Ias Jewel'ed twitch [gives me 145 Ias (2 short of 8 fps iirc)]
option 2) Maybe a 3 Ias jeweled and something else in the last socket armor?

Do you guys think the benefits of 8 fps would really make a different? It seem's such a waste to be so close but not hitting 8 fps.

I was also thinking about maybe remaking her and using the +str on my items to drop down my base and getting some more dex or life.

She seems to be able to tank a lot of chars, except those pesky lightning javas and rabies druids.

Now I'm just rambling..... alright guys, any help/criticism/flaming will only help. Shoot.

Hi, well your build seems fine, sort of standard these days. I dont believe the difference between 8 fps and 9 fps is critical in most situations. After reading many threads abour vita vs. dex I came to the conclusion that life is better, gives you a chance to survive more hits and with nerfed pvp dam in 110 the extra physical dam from dex is not that significant. Its essential to have some open wounds I have 2 sets of gear. I find open wounds to be really effective in 110, especially combined with some poison (how much up to you :)) My standard set up is:
CoA- 2socket, 30 resist, 13 dr socketed with 2x40/15ias
160/60 with 90 life
shaeled wf
cats
draculs
dire greaves(30frw, 10fhr, resists)
15 dr verdungs
runemaster and raven
enough fhr/resist charms to get 86% fhr, rest frw, max dam, a few 290s and resist w life. With cta on switch this gives me 2k life, 87% fhr, maxed lt and cold resists, 25% OW, 6k total damage, 8fps attack. I found fhr to be very important. For my OW setup I switch to:
umed wf (25%)
cowcraw 40/15 ias (35%)
crafted belt (10%)
gores (10%)
with dracs total 105% OW. My dam is still high (5.5k) and its 9 fps attack. This set up rocks. They bleed and squeeeel. well anyway good luck.

Setup seems fine just don't show use your windforce or dracul's in private dueling games :)
