fcr on a FoH pally?

I've been told that a pvp FoH pally should have fcr to make the cast faster, but i want to get some more opinions on how important fcr is for FoH in pvp because getting 46%fcr requires some major changes to my gear.

There's still a Delay though. FCR only makes you:

A) Cast it faster before the Delay kicks in.
B) Teleport faster if you use Enigma.

Work it from there basicly. IMO, +skills should be more vital, and -target lightning resistance.

imo difference is very little..ve done some...erm visual tests etc....but still shouldnt be that hard if u really need....20& fcr gloves are easy to get(trang oul or mage fists) then a gryphons eye(must for a foh pally;d) 25% fcr and last for that 1 % arachnid mesh(very good choice when not facing lightning attacks) or some rare amu..or even ring;d.....from my experience in pvp i think that the fcr is acctually more important for fast teleport than for foh;d

ok, we'll see if i decide to go for fcr or not. It will mostly depend on what gear i can afford.
