Hey! Can you name the BEST fast two hander for WW Druid?

** THIS IS FOR NON LADDER** so no tomb reaver and stuff :( and no cruel and runeword stuff.. just uniques and sets.. Would IK Maul with belt, glove and boot be the best really fast 2 hander for a PVM WW Druid? this is for NL!! ;) :thanks:

Ethereal Cranium Basher with a 40%ED IAS jewel(11/7/7/7 fury)? Perfect upgraded Ribcracker with a 40%ED IAS jewel(8/5/5/5 fury)?(or is the second upgrade prevented off-ladder?)

I think IK is better if you don't have better gear for the other IK slots(gloves, boots and belt)(dracul's, goreriders and verdungo's).

Anyone have better suggestions?

hmm i only have gorerider o.O though i can manage to get those stuff if i trade a lot of my junky stuff.. i'll keep with my Ik ;)

ribcracker is exceptional, upgrade once > elite... cant upgrade it a second time...

Edited earlier post, the fpa's for Ribcracker were wrong(I was saying Ribcracker and thinking Bonesnap) and the upgrade thingie... Thanks BlackKnight! :thumbsup:

Cranium basher is a thunder maul(I think) and ribcracker is a quaterstaff, so it would be under staff.

I've found the double-shaeled bonehew to be very good. Very fast (9,5,5,5,5, I think but the first hit may be a 10. I didn't calculate the normal attack.), greater than 300% ed usually, has prevent monster heal, attacks at range 3 and the bone spirits look like missles when you're shapeshifted. The Ik set stuff combined is good, sure; the only point against it for me is it's range 2.

Isn't ugrading exceptionals to elites still ladder only?

IK seems good, Although Stromspire was and will alsways be my fave.

next best bet would be a bonehew. shael and an ed/ias for 8/5/5/5/5
ik is the same speed and socketing. it has lower listed damage than bonehew, but should be better vs. undead and demons. i didn't look up the range on the two, i would guess ik maul is 2 and bonehew somwhere between 3-5, so that could make a difference.

But IK Maul gets lots of nice elemental damage added with other pieces of the set. I'm not sure how much non-physical damage the bone spears on Bonehew do.

I think even if Bonehew beats IK Maul on the physical damage, the IK is the better overall weapon.

BTW, I'm not knocking Bonehew, I give them to my Act II mercs! I've even got one Bonehew with a Hel in it so they can start with it earlier.

BTW, does anyone know what the IAS break points for the Act II Mercs are? I wouldn't want to waste a socket on a Shael that I could use for an ED jewel.

Im not sure if this is 1.09 or 1.10(I don't think they have done any changes to attack speeds though) but here (http://diablo2.ingame.de/tips/calcs/weaponspeed.php?lang=english)
