What should I socket in Aldur's Rythm

I'm thinking of Shael, Shael, PSkull, for a melee player. No rune word seems much better. Any recommendations?

any additional info would greatly help.. wat type of druid ar u? and and also u can provide rest of ur equip.. *Edit.. oh ya.. can u get a 3 socket aldurs rhythm? and also u can't put any runewords into a set item..

:thumbsup: Retro. You cannot put a runeword into a set item, rare item, unique item or magical item.

Why would you use a PSkull? If you mean with a melee player a fury WW or a maul WB they aren't exactly manahogs, so I would think(if you really need life leach either) putting an Amn rune would benefit you more. You will probably get mana after kill or manaleach from you're other gear.

If you mean a fury WW, you really don't need leach that much(Feral rage) so some damage jewel(wouldn't use a high ed one if I were you though) or anything usefull really you happen to have.

ya i know u cant make a runeword with those.. tats wat i said :flip: and can aldurs rhythm go up to 3 sockets? cuz i have one and it has no sockets at all :P

Well, true confessions, I'm building an avenger paladin, and my aldur's seems like a nice weapon. I want speed and leech (both life and mana). Then again, maybe it's heresy to use my druid stuff on a pally.
On sockets, I have two 3-sockets and one 2-socket.

hmm go to the pally room then :P anyway.. wat lvl is he? avengers should be able to deal quite a lot of elemental dmg from the lower resist from conviction. if u ar at a low lvl sum P Gems could just do the job but ya ask the pally forum if u need more 'pro' help :wave: and ya avengers require tons of mana in the beginning..
