I'm Confused, need some help on Javazon items

Ive got a lvl 78 FL pvm javazon and i need some help with equipment desicions:
*Helm: either +2 Valkrie Wing, Stealskull, Griffon eye, i was using the stealskull at first but switched to valkry, bot have their pros and cons but i switched to valkry cuz i had enough leech.
*Boots: i have nats boots but i feel i need something beter, i have waterwalk but i need resistance
*Gloves: i have venomgrip or mavs
*Rings&Ammys: manland and rare 6%LL with res and cresent moon ammy cuz i need the mana leech
*Weapon: Titans, uped, happy with that
*Sheild: Umed ss, happy with that

im currently in nm diff and my resistance is not that great> 39 fire, 75 cold, 72 lighting, 61 poison. so if i were to go to hell ill be in trouble :(
i was wondering what kinda gear to get b4 hell, also i have a lightning facet and was wondering where to put it, i was thinking if i get griffon eye then it could add to it...
so can anybody help me out here, a few suggestions or so..i mainly need resistance and leech..thx alot ur input is most welcome

also where shall i put the facet, shall i even put it anywhere?

if you need those two skills that much, do like i do: look for a socketed shield(3,4) and fill them with perfect diamonds(NICE resistance)
