How much total ias is needed for 9frame conc. for a baba?

Provided that the barb is using a botd zerker. I tried the ias calculator here, but I'm a little confused...may someone tell me the total ias needed to reach 9fps conc? Thank you in advance.

IAS on the weapon matters for whirlwind; -10/-35 for all swords/1h weapons, -10/-30/-60 for all other 2h weapons are the breakpoints. You just subtracts on-weapon IAS from the weapon's base speed.

And yes, the breakpoints for berserker axe with conc are 75 for 10, 125 for 9. You can check it yourself using the calculator at stats.diabloii.net
