Think its hard to get a PC for something like this. In open trade, anni's are worth less because people cant be trusted very well. So only on these forums they are tradable, making it a very small market.

It is as close to perfect as it gets, that makes its value a multitude of a low/mediocre or even reasonable anni. If you find anyone who cares enough for perfect items to pay such price.

Low annis are worth a IST or so.

I don't know prices on anni but if bad one is worth ist I believe that average one is worth 2*ist and near perfect one is worth 4*ist.
Although I may be wrong.

P.S. To trade this anni you need found people who trust you - becouse he can't check the stats before deal. Or give anni in advance and risk to be scammed.
