PvP WW sin vs WW/Dtalon hybrid?

Which do you think is the more effective dueler? If its not clear cut on which is better, I'd be really interested in hearing the pros and cons of both builds and what matchups are different for the two builds.

Well I have a PvP Dtalon/WWer and I am doing pretty good with her, I actually use Dtalon a lot more since its AR is about 4 times that of WW. WW has the advantage in damage though. Im not too good on the comparisons though, but I think that a Dtalon/WWer has the advatange in general dueling since if Dtalon isnt working against a certain char then you can swtich to ww and usually get them, or if you can't hit a certain char often with WW Dtalon can usually work a little better. Of course its harder to be hit by melee attackers while WWing but easier to be hit by elemental attacks if you miss the caster type char your trying to WW through.

All WW would beat a hybrid everytime.

I don't see why pure WW would be better, considering you have so many Skill Points leftover after Claw Mastery and Venom that you can't do much with them BESIDES dump points into an alternate skill. After a few into Weapon Block, Fade and etc. there's still a good 40-50 SPs to use, so put them to use.

Heck, the only disadvantage to hybriding with DTalon is that you're forcing yourself away from any boots besides Tearhaunch/Gore Rider/Shadow Dancer. Even then it's only a disadvantage if your "income" forces Nat's on you, as if you're rich enough to afford the high-end gear you'll need, you'd be using Gores or SDs anyway (GRs for mods, SDs for +2... SD skills). DTalon offers a bit better damage and horribly crushes WW in hitting power (due to its insane AR% boost, number of kicks and how quick it pumps them out). DTalon can also activate Chaos' cot Frozen Orb.

Going pure WW, you have practically zero advantage over the hybrid. You can go for the higher damage Suwayyah compared to Runic Talon to put 'Chaos' in (which only needs an easy-to-reach 20% IAS on outside equips to hit 7/2/2... DTalon) but otherwise your equipment would be the same. And seeing as how WW's primary sources of damage doesn't stem from its weapon power, that's not even a real advantage anyway.

a couple things a pure WWsin has over hybrid are the elite kicker boots need more str to put on. now a WWsin will use reg suwayyah (dunno if i spelled that right) which is 99 str. my WWsin has base str of around 65, i use my gear for the rest. this means more points in vita giving alot more life. another is a pure WWsin can put more points in cloak to boost her def and lower the hybrids......

actually str is possibly more important to a hybrid since str boosts kick dmg so much, also COS isn't very effected and both duelers should have good enough AR to defeat the other's def as asns dont have very high def usually.

I don't know where you would put all the points leftover in except dtalon, seems like the most effective. I went for just a few in fade/bos/shadow/with about 5 ish in weapon block, was gonna max but 15 points aren't worth 5% block to me.
