Elite Frenzy Barb SetUp

I'm making a frenzy barb, and I'm wondering which 2 of the following 3 weapons would be best for a frenzy barb?

Doom, Beast, BOTD

well i'd go dual botd or botd/stormlash! ok so u would need to max either axe mast or sword mast depending on the botd weapon u are making but the stormlash is a mace :rant: but luckily you only realy need this weapon for its speed/%to cast static!! not to sure about the doom runeword could be nice!
but the beast is pointless as u cant frenzy/double swing in were form but if u are uber rich u could try it on weapon switch for novelty value i suppose

The point of Beast would be the lvl 9 fanat aura, not the shifting capabilities

Im makin my own frenzybarb aswell, already got beast 269% :clap: and im aiming for a doom instead of a botd. becouse i already got the aura and hitting abilities, i dont need the faster ias and ed on the botd, ill take the aura etc instead :)

My choice would be Beast+Doom, because HF+Fana would really make that frenzy shine. You won't get hit (HF)+you'll have a fast attack even befofre you start frenzy. Ofcourse 2*BotD would also do great damage, but I always prefer to play safe. I'd say put those BotD on a wwbarb and have some fun with those aura's :D

i would go beast+famine because the ele dmg helps with PI's and you can always stuff doom on a merc. IMO this is the best frenzy setup

I would go Doom + Beast, you can always use a BOTD/ Stormshield on weapon switch with berserk to deal with Phys Immune.

Pfft Dual Ethereal Stormlashes!!! So little speed needed and that constant static and tornado is so tasty. Rips apart physical immunes too :)

I heard doom always casts tornados during your swinging though due to the % chance to cast, which interrupts your superfast frenzying quite often.

Doom does not cast tornadoes. The tornadoes from stormlash do not interrupt your frenzy because tornado does not have a casting timer !!
