Botd warspike or zerker?

Im debating on whether or not to use a eth botd warspike or non-eth botd zerker. The warspike has more ias. I'm not sure if it does more damage than a non-eth botd zerker. Can someone confirm this?

A zerker has 3 range though, war spike has 2.
