Open wounds question

OK, if I have a chaos claw and a fury claw, my open wounds % is 91%. Does this mean that whenever I connect with a WW i will have 91% chance of open wounds, or does it mean that if I hit with my chaos claw I will have a 25% chance and when I hit with the fury claw I will have a 66% chance?

Well according to the ww pvp sin guide in this forum the former is correct, anyone know for sure?

It's the last thing that's correct. Most mods on 1 claw won't transfer to the other claw. this applies to everything but +statpoints and +skills really. I can't think of anything else from 1 claw that's beneficial to the other claw but these 2 things.

Just like if you wield 2 Black runeword clubs, you still only have a 40% chance of crushing blow on each hit, not 80%.
