Best Build For An IK Barb???

I'll soon be getting full IK and was wondering what build would be best for someone where full IK? And suggestions on remaining equipment slots along with what charms do i need i was thinking +str/life small charms or +str/res all?
also what to put into my Maul and what ever else is socketed in the IK set...

that is a badass guide. i do say though, that must have taken quite awhile unless he copied and pasted from item section of the site....
