Also, if a bear is equipt with enigma, would she then be able to teleport?

No idea about the first. But pretty sure you canīt tele in bear/wolf form. And donīt think you will be able to use othe class specific skills like zeal/ww either.

You cannt cast any spells but shapeshift in werewolf or werabear forms. Yes you can use any other class specific form of attack of other class if it's "attached" to weapon (via runeword) - like lyncantropy/werabear on beast or vengeance on kingslayer ect

bear is to slow ... but WWsin is popular built for assasins made specially targeted for using "chaos" claws (usually in a pair with fury claw as a second one)

What I meant was that if it is possible to use zerk/vengance in bearform with sorc. Then it should be possible to use ww with chaos on an Assa in bear form :D
