weapon list for leveling ?

hey, im making an IK barb as ive completed the set (well, except belt, but ill trade for that pretty easily) and im wondering what are some good weapons to lvl with as he gets towards lvl 70 and can use the maul.

im using the hellforge hammer for early game.. till about act 2 (lvl 15) or so i figure.. it works well being a mace class, so i can put a point in master early on .. what are some other maces (or anything really) that would be ideal for each character lvl up to early 70's?

Hellforge or better still- khalims till lvl 9, then grab a 6 socket great maul with +9 max jewels that should last u till 29 when u can use a steeldriver. shael that use it till 34 then upgrade to martel de fer which will last u till 67 then u can either upgrade the steeldriver further to a thunder maul or use windhammer ogre maul shaeled (windhammer hits last ww bp while steeldriver doesnt) windhammer will last u well till 75 when u can finally grab the complete IK set.

sword chars: cleglaws -> bloodletter -> passion dimensional blade -> crescent moon legend sword or final wep

mace chars: storebought scepter -> storebought maul -> malice maul -> ribcracker or black tyrant club -> final wep

bow chars: flawed gemmed bow -> normal gemmed bow -> bow socketted with 2X 14 max damage jewels -> riphook -> lyc aim, goldstrike, or buriza -> final bow

orb chars: melee wep -> spectral shard -> +2 sorc -> +2 sorc, 20 fcr -> wiz spike or eschutas or final orb

spear chars: gemmed spear -> malice spear -> strength lance -> yari hone sundan -> final spear

* final items are usually found beforehand. for example, the final bow for my strafeazon was an eaglehorn.

Any comments for axes in the beginning levels - like 40 and below?

axe > deathspade > rakescar > coldkill > boneslayer blade > final axe

or Ilsestrike, bladebone, and any of the others.

Why dont any of u read my posts? There is no weapon that can match jeweled 6 socket weapons for lvling. All this bladebone/deathspade stuff cmon it really sucks, with jeweled weapons u can easily one hit normal andy at lvl 9 :)

honor martel de fer. With your ik set str bonuses at the eraly 30s, you can use this weapon (need 170 str, iirc). I was using this weapon until lvl 76, when I got IK maul, and was killing things in hell in 2-3 hits. Its AMAZING

Really it takes more time looking for the best weapons than just playing your char with whatever you have closely available or even untwinked.

That means playing with a party and joining baal runs. you will be level 70 within hours. certainly in baals, barbs dont kill anything anyway, you're just there for warcry. only getting from 15-20 (24 if you dont do cows) takes some effort where it might be usefull to do some damage, but a party and mercenary can do the job pretty well.
