I've already gotten one of these on single player and i must say, it totally ownz everything.

This Barbarian makes use of 1.10 runewords, of wich all are basicly needed to get going properly.
it uses whirlwind as main killingskill for it's crowdcontrol.
because runewords are practicly mandatory for this char, it will NOT be cheap.

Runewords to use :

- Enigma, for it's +2 skills, teleport and pretty nice defense.
Jah, ith, Ber

- Delerium, for the life saving spells on getting hit, and VERY handy for it's
confuse on attack.
Dol, Ist, Io

- BotD, well most used sword in these days i gues, plz do use an eth CB...
great damage, high ias for ww, and mana leech + additional 50% lvl 20 pzn
nova on killing enemy.
Vex, hel, el, eld, zod, eth

- HoJ , say what ? yes that's right, a hand of justice runeworded CB (non eth)
since it will not be indestructable, really nice sword, Ignore targets
defense, additional ias, nice damage and one of the important mods :
Holyfire aura when eqquipped, which makes it a fantastic runeword
Sur , cham, amn, lo

as you can see, pretty expensive stuff here with all that runewords :)
all other gear is configurable to suit ur needs.
u could make it MF, or stack it up with resistance and or extra killing power,
this char is neither strictly PVP or strictly PVM.

i myself wear :
2* Bul kathos wedding band
Mara's Kaleidoscope
pair of chanceguards
tal's belt (lack of mf is greatly compensated by the extra stats)
and a pair of wartravelers.

with all this gear Complete, Butchering caws on hell is like the old days, a piece of cake :thumbsup:, u could even supercharge your barbarian by giving it charms, nice charms to look for are :
WarCry Skill Charms (GC)
Combat Skill Charms (GC)
any sort of charms that gives bonusses : max damage / attack rating / life / resistance.
also when u plan to go MF, a couple of MFsc's would be nice ^^.

Stats :
Str just enough for gear, iirc that is somewhere about 160.
Dex around 100, as u will not need to block anything because of 2 swords but do need some basic AR.
Vit : ALL u can spare
Eng : pump some in this to be able to do about 3 WW's at max skill lvl.
(U should leech enough back)

Basicly there are only 3 skills required :
WW 20
BO 20
Sword MAsterie 20


in addition u could skill :
Shout, more points here mean more def and synergie to BO
Berserk, for the occasional Physical Immune
Concetrate, simply kicks arse, by high damage, interruptable and def bonus.
Stone skin, u got def ? :drool:
Natural resistance, imho u should skill this as much as needed to get full res to all, on hell when gear IS on.

PS. when doing baalruns, and facing "teh facking lightning ghosts !!!111eleven" i would suggest a TG (not my idea but it works....)

It is nice to see more people praising Delirium, but I have a hard time believing that entire battlegear is legit.


And BTW I consider guides that requires the player to have access to both a Zod, a Ber and a Cham to be nigh useless. Most legit people just aren't that rich.

meh >< im a stupid noob, thank you for your comment, delerium simply rockz...simple as that, only downside is that u are able to turn into the styg doll, well, could be fun in pvp tho,
lem ist io, you are right but white wnad = plain dol io, not dol ist io ^^

why wouldn't it be legit ?, just save yourself teh runes and the socketed items and you can go ^^

the thing is any baba can run around dual weilding eBoTD zerkers with pretty much no other gear on and own it's just the nature of the weapon.

btw i have tried this with 8 ppl and a couple of manalds for mana leech and it works perfectly in single player.

im not telling you u should use botd zerkers, but all the spells on these runewords, wich makes it SO easy to cow :

Hoj adds : Holy Fire aura, Wich gives neat passive fire damage + fire damage to weapon.
BOTD : gives nicce damage and a lvl 20 pzn nova 50% of the kills u make.
Enigma gives you teleport .
and delerium gives a BIG chance to cast confusion, wich will make the monsters attack each other.

after they have attacked each other, u can ww right thru it with ur holy fire enhanced damage, wich will set off the pzn nova effect, wich will result in more kills wich will result in pzn nova...

and lets just be honest, u look like a fool when u´r wearing 2 small axe´s and run around in a big armor ><.
Personally if i´d ever see a grown man, wearing wings on his head, wearing a way to big armor, and 2 !!! small axes, i´d laugh myself to death....

poison nova doesn't go off with ww
and sorry i got the complete wrong idea about what your guide was about.
amazons with multi shot using mass area affect spells have alot of "fireworks" going off especially with cows.
if your going the fire route with HoJ why not use hellmouths aswel for the enchant effect.
