I'm not talking the ice or whatever element damage just the Maxium damage a good zon can do ?

dude, no wonder why no one reply you, because no one really know what is the limit of the damage. it's depend on what you are using, and it depend on how much you sink your state points into dex. if you want to know about the damage from the weapon only, then i suggest you go to look at battle.net. for me, i made my damage up to 1.8k damage for Strafe (still very weak)

my strafer with a might merc does 1300-4300, and if i happen to play with a conc aura'd pally she can hit 6k+ max strafe. She does have about 1300 from pdsc's but they are for the min damage more than the max, as might doesn't multiply the poison damage.

I'd say that 3-4k is a realistic range. This can be greatly increased with elemental damage charms.

Seriously why do people ask such stupid questions, there are so many damage options that no one can know the maximum damage unlike spells which are dependent on skills/+skill gear.

That was not a stupid question. What if he has never played amas? It would be useful to find out their approximate damage range before making one. For example: I have never played an asassin and before I do so I would like to find out what kind of damage they are capable of.

maximum damage used to be in the range of 12k to 15k maximum on a single player character with might mercenary, but I suppose with the new gear and party members you will be able to get more. Normal amazons who aren't unnecessarily tweaked out can do damage ranging from 1k to 3k and still have no problems with gameplay. Even lower damage doesn't have to be deterimental to the build if you have the right tactics.

I'm curious as to the max physical dmg also, so correct or advise my math if I'm wrong. I'm using the prefixes/suffixes data. this means that rare item attributes aren't added into the equation. If someone can pinpoint me to the rare item information, i'd be happy to look it up. Also note that this is based primarily on +%ed and +max, not on ias. If ias were to be accounted for, someone else would have to do that. Also, take into account, that is is for Guided Arrow damage only.

Perfect Windforce: 547 Max dmg at lvl 99
Required Dexterity: 167 = +167%ed
Dext from WF: +5 To Dexterity = +5%ed
Socket: +40%ed

Skill Points: lvl 20 GA = +95%ed
Stat points: Someone else will have to do this. But the concept is this ---> Max stat points possible - (subtract) 134 = #dex = +#%ed

Perfect Crafted/Rare Gloves: 3 Skills = +15%ed + (20 Dex = 20%ed) = +35%ed
Perfect Jewelers/Artisans Helm of Nivana: 3*40%ed + (30dex = 30%ed) = 150%ed
Perfect Jeweler's Armor of Precision: 4*40%ed + (15dex = 15%ed) = 175%ed
Belt: Razortail
10 To Maximum Damage
+15 Dexterity = 15%ed
- If you can think of a better belt, do so. Let's figure this out.
Boots: War Travelers = +25 Max Dmg
Amulet: Metalgrid = lvl 22 Iron Golem + "Beast" runeword = lvl 9 Fanaticism = 186%ed
Ring: Wisp Projector - lvl 5 Heart of the Wolverine = 48%Ed
Ring: Raven Frost = +20Dex = +20%ed
Charms: 39*3/x/x = +117 Max Dmg

Total +%ed: 167%ed + 5%ed + 40%ed + 95%ed + character-stat%ed + 35%ed + 150%ed + 175%ed + 15%ed + 186%ed + 48%ed + 20%ed = 936%ed + character-stats%ed
Total +Max: +117 + 10 + 25 = +152 Max Dmg

Okay, someone do the math plz. I have no clue as to how +%ed is applied with the +max in the equation.

Other: +1skill from CTA = +5%ed
Merc Aura: lvl 98 Might Merc = Lvl 20 Might Aura = +230%ed + (8*10 = 80) = 310%ed
Total +%ed from all sources: 936%ed + 315%ed = 1251%ed

New Total +%ed Dmg: 1251%ed + char-stats%ed

Edit: annihilus +1Skill = + 5%ed + (20Dex = 20%ed) = 25%ed
New Total +%ed Dmg: 1276%ed + char-stats%ed
New Total +Max Dmg: +152 Max Dmg

The Dmg With Party will be some like this:
Max Might Pally + (+Max Skills Items) = 230%ed + Skillers
Max Fana Pally + (+Max Skills Items) = 186%ed + Skillers
Max Concentration Pally + (+Max Skills Items) = 345%ed + Skillers
Amp Necromancer + -100%DR
Total +%ed Dmg: 761%ed + Skiller%ed + -100%DR

*Note: Pally Auras will overwrite Merc Aura's with exception to the concentration Paladin.

Max dmg with out useing poison 290 scs like on east is like 5600 that is like
trav, x2 raven, cats eye, raztail, dracs, wf like 92+ 40/15 max in it/ 120/45 helm/ 160/60 ias /w 20 dex and x39 3/20/20's and anni like 360 dex and enough to use gear/ and rest in vit lets be realistic and max gide arrow or shif arrow same thing and that is like 5,500 gide/ I'm not sure shif arrow

If you guys can remember back to the 1.10 beta blizzard altered ED% jewels to boost TOTAL damage. This resulted in bowazons with moderate equipment and lots of ed jewels dishing out 10k+ guided/multi, but blizzard switched ed jewels back to the way they worked in 1.09, since they didn't want zons to totally obliterate game balance.
