Ok , here is another noob question . What is the highest rune that one can get from the act 4 hellforge quest ?

The highest rune I believe is UM.

I think it's gul actually. I know I've personally gotten up to ist off it so it's not um.

nm : sol-um
hell : hel-gul

-each rune in the stated range has an equal chance to drop
